The opposite. Typemark has its own PDF engine, written entirely in Swift. Native macOS performance, optimised for Apple silicon. No web views, no borrowed JavaScript libraries.

"Where do my files go?"

Nowhere. Every operation runs on your Mac. No cloud uploads, no analytics, no account required. Even text recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. We literally cannot see your documents.

Consulting Agreement

This agreement is entered into by Acme Corp, Inc. ("Client") and Jane Doe ("Consultant") on March 15, 2026.

The Consultant agrees to provide services as described in Exhibit A for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the Effective Date.

Compensation shall be $15,000 per month, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt.

All intellectual property created during this engagement shall remain the property of the Client.

Note: Review this clause with legal — ownership terms may need to exclude pre-existing IP.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
